Cancellation Policy
I charge 75% cancellation fee for any cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
* Rescheduling your appointment 24 hours of your scheduled appointment requires payment of 75% of your selected service/services at the point of reschedule and the remaining half is to be paid after service is provided. After 2 consecutive reschedules you will void previously paid reschedule fee and will have to pay for a full service appointment.
If payment isn’t received by end of day your appointment will be marked as no-show. Blocking will occur after 2 no-show appointment .
*If you are more than 5 min late you will be charged a $10 late fee and may be subject to appointment cancellation!
*No-Show appointment will be charged 75% of their service/ service and will have to pay a deposit upon booking next appointment. 2 no-show appointments will be blocked from booking
